Homework Assignment
- The default update flickers because it is unbuffered
and unclipped. If you click the mouse in the animation window,
it will switch to a better update scheme. There are a total
of four different schemes and each improves on the one previous.
The second is clipped, but unbuffered. The third is buffered,
but unclipped. The fourth is clipped and buffered. Another
click will take you back to the flickering update.
- Animate something of your choice. Use computed
animation, but use buffering and clipping
where appropriate to get smooth animation.
- Also modify your FilmAnimation from last homework to use
a MediaTracker to ensure all images are loaded before it
starts the animation.
